PhD chemistry R & D Manager with 12 yrs experience

To develop environmentally friendly, cost feasible process

Currently I am associated with Navin Fluorine International Ltd as Team Leader. I have also worked with Halliburton, Deepak Novochem Technologies Ltd and Alkyl Amines Chemical Ltd. My post doctoral research work is in asymmetric hydrogenation. I was in NCL as a project assistant and have worked on various industrially sponsored projects.
I have done my PhD (Chemistry, organometallic) from Martin Luther University and I am looking for the suitable opening in R & D department.
My research area is given below for your reference:
Inorganic fluorides & Refrigerants, Cement additives & slurry design and pozolonic material identification as alternative to cement, vapour phase reactions, bis-phenols and Glycidyl ether synthesis (epoxy), amine synthesis, Asymmetric Hydrogenation, Organometallics, Schlenk technique, Carbonylation reactions, Homogeneous and Heterogeneous catalysis.
