Field Service Manager
Managing wireline operation with multimillion revenue, 120+ subordinates, location Capex $M50+.Responsible for the service delivery to the Client and for the technical and overall development of the Engineers, while maximizing company efficiency, both operationally and financially.
For one year being on this position manage to increase location profitability in 1,5 times by reducing location cost and improving service quality provided on site. Equipment failure rate was decreased two times by organizing right work process at work shop and standardizing procedure on site. I built strong team spirit which was helping to motivate people and to prevent of loosing of key professionals.

About me Wireline operation and business development professional with successful oilfield career In logging and well intervention operations, sales, contract and personal. I have worked more than 10 years in various countries and environments. Started as wireline instrument engineer growth till Field Service Manager and now working as geology and well logging supervisor in the biggest project in Iraq.
