M. Phil and Master of Social Work (Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare & Personal Management in India) with 9 years’ experience in development sector. Presently I'm working with LEPRA Society as Project Officer- Neglected Tropical Disease Resource Unite, Before that I had work with (BSSS, Collage) Bhopal School of Social Sciences – State Training & Resource Centre, Bhopal as Training Officer from 22th June 2015 to 31st March 2016, The project was funded and supported by NACO & MPSACS for training of NGO partners of MPSACS. I had work with HLFPPT as State Programme Manager in Source Migrant Intervention UP, from 2nd December 2013 to 19th June 2015. I had perform my responsibility for programme implementation, capacity building of in-house staff and execute the programme activity of HIV/AIDS prevention in rural areas through health camps at village level. 3 years worked with HLFPPT at various positions and projects as State Programme Manager (Source Migrant Intervention- UP), Training Officer (Link Worker Scheme- UP) and Field Executive (Female Condom Scale up Programme- 9, MP). 08 Months worked with LEPRA Society as Training Officer in Link Worker Scheme Programme- MP. 3 years worked in Targeted Intervention Project as outreach worker with different organizations for HIV/AIDS prevention care and treatment with the help of proper counselling and motivation. I have 1 year working experience with AARAMBH in CHILD HELPLINE (1098) programme. I have also experience of develop model Anganwadi Centers, CSR initiative Project of CAIRN Energy India Private Limited Surat – Gujarat.
