Over twenty years of experience in the management of industrial coatings application in the field of oil and gas, marine, petrochemical industries. Technical knowledge of a wide range of both traditional and new technology coating systems. Having working knowledge of industrial coatings and in research and development lab. Technical knowledge of specific field of application such as hot dip galvanizing, tank linings, rubber linings and solvent free coatings. Good knowledge of automobile metal treatment plant process and electro spray painting process. Coating quality team leader in EPC construction projects, FPU construction facilities. Good exposure to oil and gas plant shutdown coating operations and maintenance coating activities. Field QC inspection/testing, surveillance and supervision. Resolution of coatingqueries arising from design, engineering and commissioning departments. Development of coating procedures and inspection and test plan for onshore and offshore applications. Auditing of painting contractors quality system. Planning and coordination of coating activities to fit fast track construction programs. Formulation and certification of personnel qualification procedures. Issuing of coating specifications and quality plans.
