• Over 35+ years of experience in various facets of Exploration & Production mainly in reserves management and its exploitation techniques.
• Currently deputed as Asset Manager of Jorhat Asset, ONGC, managing 14 oil and gas producing fields in Jorhat and responsible for overall reservoir management of these fields including planning of drilling, production, EOR operation and creation of surface facilities.
• Association with Yet to Discover (YTD) plan of Perspective Plan-2030 of ONGC with significant oil production enhancement by following stage gate process in co-operation with M/s BCG.

• From 2014 to 2016, worked as Head of Sub-surface Team at Mumbai and management of offshore limestone mature fields was a challenging task.
• Experience in sustaining the production of Neelam and Heera Asset with induction of new technology and better reservoir management. Under my guidance, the re-development plan of Rs 3000 cr. ( 20 Billion USD ) was conceptualized.
• Implementation of the 1st project of Under Balance Drilling in India, was a rewarding experience.
• During assignment at Ahmedabad Asset as Sub-surface manager till 2014, one of the biggest Onshore Asset, aggressive technology induction in the form of horizontal well, hydro-fracturing have been pursued and few marginal field like Nardipur, Mahelaj and Wamaj were developed at fast pace.
• During last Five years, around 60MMt of hydrocarbon have been accreted due to focus efforts in exploration & exploitation including re-interpretation of G&G data.
• Active member of SPE for last 32 years and have organised and attended various conferences in Malaysia, Thailand, Japan and India.
• Were SPE-“Director of Mumbai Section” and amember of atechnical committee, steering committee, OGIC India & ATW on Water Flooding, Reservoir Management, Asset Management & rejuvenation of Matured Brown field.
