 Review of Project specification and P&I Develop Construction Engineering Technology in line with Company Policy and Procedures
 Elaborates construction feasibility analysis evaluating the available materials & drawings. Raising MTO(s) for all materials required to additional materials for hydro test etc.
 Monitoring all project activities and conducting weekly / monthly meetings.
 Responsible for Piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, Procedures, Specifications, Priorities and Availability of Construction Drawings
 Ensure the Productivity and Quality is maintained by subordinates. Coordinate with other Disciplines in site.

Carrying out final P&ID check of installed piping systems in the module.
Preparation of “AS BUILT” drawings.
 Preparation of field piping system test packages ,including system limit on P&ID and piping Isometrics
 Responsible of Bolt Torqueing & Tensioning of flanged joint
Ensure that hydro test reinstatement is to be done as per procedure.
Ensure that all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded and that there is no prolongation of project.
 Developing and preparation of pre-commissioning systems and detailed procedures for flushing, blowing, lube oil systems flushing, chemical cleaning/pickling of process lines of compressors, leak test, inerting, etc. accordingly with client standards and comments; submitted to review, comments and approval to client . Reinstatement procedure for systems
 Develop punch item database by systems, checking for completion and close-out of punch items accordingly with client and company agreed standards
 Preparation of Mechanical Completion Certificate, Exceptions List and Ready for Commissioning forms of systems and submitted to company and client management for approval.
 Line flushing, air blowing; pressure testing, piping lay-up inspection, relief valve installation, re-instatement and final inspection for mechanical completion
 Specialized in pre-commissioning of Utility system within the process area such as Service water distribution, Service air, Instrument air, Nitrogen distribution and Fire Water system
