Trained, supported and led teams of estimators and ‘went the extra mile’ to exceed deadlines, boost client confidence in the company while producing cost-effective savings and maintaining repeat business from high profile clients.

Provided high level budgets, risk mitigation, subcontractor management & dispute resolution that increased the success rates for a wide range of large scale general contractors including Carillion, SNC Lavalin, Dragados and Walsh Construction in Canada.

My major achievement includes growing Ozz Corporation Canada’s sales from $20M to $70M in less than 5 years by steering growth into commercial, residential, light industrial and institutional market segments.
