Compliance: Possesses an excellent working knowledge of working both On/Off-Shore in several sectors as an FM Coatings Engineer, fully compliant with Industry standards and is NACE CIP Grade Two Certified Paint Inspector accredited. Also an ICORR Approved Grade Two Insulation Inspector.

Health & Safety: NEBOSH / IOSH qualified able to ensure safety and security within the work environment. Demonstrable knowledge in applying best practice to support Health & Safety protocol. Demonstrated working On/Off-Shore on various projects following a successful 30 year career.

Technical Competencies: Core sheet metal and fabrication trade Qualifications ONC. C&G. Nace Level 2 Coatings Inspection - Icorr Level 2 Insulation Inspection Certification both valid. Exposed to and knowledgeable in various tasks as a Coatings professional and an excellent knowledge of Coating Systems, Insulations, and Passive Fire Protection Systems developed from working on high profile projects on various North Sea Projects

Leadership and Training: APM Introductory Certificate in Project Management. Experience in delivering comprehensive leadership and on the job mentoring to staff in each role undertaken. Employing effective Supervisor leading from the front who is recognised by Senior Management and colleagues alike for influencing performance teams. Assisting in specification reviews, raising TQ’s and keeping the clients up to date with the changes in the market regarding new technologies to maintain efficiency and drive down costs. The contract where I have managed Fabric maintenance and CUI for the past 5 years has just completed 5 years LTI free which is a major milestone achievement by the team over four platforms.
