Bachelors in Chemical Engineering with nearly 5 years of experience in Basic & Detail Engineering in Oil & Gas sector including BEP, FEED, PDP and process activities.

As a Process Engineer, my experience includes preparing Design Basis and Process description, process calculations such as Column Sizing using KG Tower, Drum sizing, Line sizing, Pump sizing, Pump and Non- Pump Circuit Hydraulics, Thermosyphon/Kettle Reboiler Circuit Hydraulics , Safety (Relief) Valve Load Estimation and Sizing, Flare Load summary preparation, Checking and updating Interlock description, Instrument Data Sheet Preparation, Utility and Effluent Summary preparation, thermal design and heat exchanger rating using HTRI. He has also prepared process datasheets for various equipments, prepared PFD, P&ID, DPTD, Process Line list, Reviewed control narratives and catalyst and chemical consumption summary. Got good knowledge of DCS & control Schemes of P&IDs.
• Well experienced with Bluebeam, Smart Sketch, Pro-II, KG Tower, and Smart Plant Review and experienced with the basics of Aspen plus and HTRI. PROMAX, HYSYS, Flarenet, AFT Fathom & AFT Arrow.
• Experience includes monitoring of process parameters, handling Extruder, smooth Grade Transition of various products of HDPE.
