Control over the current state of development of the field
Control over the drill, completion, development, exploitation of wells
Planning and control over Workovers
Planning and control over chemical treatment
Planning and control over well interventions
Logging jobs and hydrodynamic studies control
Supervising Geologists and ensure they perform assigned tasks effectively
Work with field crews and subcontractors to track and manage project costs, meet expected production rates
Application safety requirements in the field
Work with dept standing committee on labor protection and industrial safety

2001 – 2003 Master of Science (MSc) in Geology and Mineral Prospecting, Hydrogeology and Petroleum Field Geology Specialisation
1997 – 2001 Bachelor (BS) in Geology and Mineral Prospecting

10+ year experience in Petroleum Geology (Production, Operations)
2+ year experience in Prospecting Drilling
Thorough knowledge of upstream oil and gas activities, process engineering, production, maintenance
Vast knowledge of sub-surface (basic geology fluid flow) and surface operations (flow methods, artificial lift, surface facilities)
Experience in permitting, compliance and application of environmental regulations to project work
Competency in field supervision, technical knowledge and task management
Experience in managing interface between reservoir and oil well, including perforations, sand control, downhole flow control
Good knowledge of logging
Strong computer skills for database work and proficiency in MS Office
Ability to communicate clearly with on-site contractors, supervisor regarding work assignments required
Valid driver’s license
