• Streamlining operations of steam turbines; monitoring and ensuring that plant is operated within defined parameters from the control center,

• Keeping track of daily logs, and furnishing significant changes and findings to Shift Supervisor in a timely manner,
• Liaising and coordinating with Plant Shift Supervisors and Senior Panel Operators regarding start-up and shutdown of high-voltage motors,
• Mentoring and guiding maintenance and contract personnel for performing maintenance and other plant duties during the assigned shift.

April’11 – July’12 with CITY OF VANCOUVER, CANADA as MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
• Directed operations and maintenance of over 65 city owned buildings ranging from Lodges, fire Halls, Day Cares, Community Centers, Libraries, City Hall and Adjacent Buildings with DDC (Direct Digital Control) (Delta/RC Studios),
• Engaged in operating, maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment, steam/hot water boilers, chiller, cooling tower, filters, pulleys and belts, gaskets, pumps, bearings,
• Conducted testing of emergency backup equipment, generators and transfer switches.

May’10 – November’10 with CIMCO TOROMONT, CANADA as PLANT OPERATOR
• Ensured effective and efficient operations of 1252 HP/952 KW capacity Ammonia Refrigeration Plant through DDC (Direct Digital Control),
• Maintained daily information in logbook; managed 6 screw type Compressor, Medium Temp Chiller, Low Temp Chiller and Ultralow Temp Chiller,
• Analyzed valves, gauges, water pumps, ammonia pumps, coils throughout plant, as well as managed power failure switch over to generator process and tested water for condenser.

October’11 – July’12 with PACIFIC NATIONAL EXHIBITION, CANADA as SHIFT ENGINEER
• Administered and managed operations and maintenance of:
o Refrigeration and Heating Plant for two ice rink coliseums with DDC (direct digital control) (Delta),
o HVAC Equipment, Pumps, Chiller, Cooling Tower and a variety of Building, Mechanical and Electrical Equipment,
• Supervised and regulated work of Contractors and Ice Officials, as well as guided and imparted instructions to ice makers and new employees.
