6+ years’ rich experience including Oil and Gas experience (Drilling, Completion, and Commissioning & Start up, Rig less intervention operations). Civil construction, Gas processing plant, Gas pipe line and etc.

Ensuring abidance all personnel to HSE policies, procedures and regulations with respect to active/passive fire safety systems, special protection systems.
Responsibilities for monitoring of Safety regulation on the Rig and Supervise/observe routine & non-routine operations.
Conducting Pre-Tour & Pre-Job safety meeting (Tool box)
Follow up daily and monthly (KPI) HSE reports.
Follow Up, Issue and Implement Work Permit and its related Risk Assessment for each work, LOTO isolation system.
Carry out incident investigation, reporting including implementation of close-out of preventive and corrective actions of incidents/accidents that occur within projects to ensure compliance with corporate procedure for Incident management
Manage and coordinate all health, safety and environmental activities and provide safety support services to the company, projects and clients.
Monitoring and auditing of outsourced contractors in respect of the day to day HSE operations.
Organization and controlling of conduct different kind of work activities by safety regulation. Internal standards and safety regulations.
Monitor all necessary fire/toxic drills and emergencies.
Active participation and leading role in HSE coordination between management
Ensure safety condition of all firefighting equipments, installation-construction of scaffolding, installation electrical equipments/cables to conduct safety works.
Inspection of all safety equipment placed on the Rig site.
Complete Safety documentation (Risk assessments, Safety measures and Plan) in accordance with customer requirements.
Checking the worker`s personal protective equipments before beginning some work activities.
Checking the technical condition of construction sites, buildings, equipment and machinery mechanization.
