Job Responsibility:-
 Process Improvement and Development Project do work on Hydraulic Press.
 Ensure press operation of adapter plate as per plan within prescribed parameter
with required quality.
 To balance the production flow as per production plan.
 Adherence of production plan with quality and safety.
 To maintain accuracy of drilling and maintain consumption of broach cutter as
well.
 To ensure adherence of System audit, Quality, 5S, and safety requirement.
 To maintain quality norms for process as well as product.
 Ensure material availability in shift as per production plan.
 Manpower handling with optimization.
 To maintain system Requirements within the area.
 Consumption of Consumable as per BOM.
 Ensure proper documentation as per requirement.
 Maintain SUZZAV Monitoring and Implementation of it.
 Making a Shift Schedule.
 To be prepared Process Work Identification Chart (PWI).
 To be prepared Reports/ MIS and Submitted to HOD.
2. Working with “BECHO MECH ENGINEERING.” As a PRODUCTION SUPERVISIOUR.
