I am an experienced Night Tool Pusher/Driller with over 17 years experience in the oil and gas industry in both national and international locations including 6+ years in the PNG highlands, Vietnam, New Zealand I have been involved in all facets of drilling oil and gas wells including some workover and completion operations. I believe I have a very good understanding of different cultures and what it takes to motivate and train crews to work safely while extracting the best possible performance and keeping levels of morale high.

I am a self-motivated, performance and achievement orientated manager with a high regard for Workplace Health and Safety and company policies and procedures. I am an approachable team leader with a proven ability to build a respectful rapport with my team while focusing on motivation and attention to detail.
