Highlights while working in San Miguel Foods Inc.:

I am trusted to handle the South Mindanao Financial Reporting ( 3 regions and 5 cities). I explain the expenses that exceeded the budget. I handle the consolidation of reports relating to our inventory (cost analysis and cost management). I also conducted audit of operations and logistics to ensure proper management of our inventories and assets. As an auditor of these two departments in our company, I was able to learn how their systems work. I was able to expose myself with the loopholes in the system and find a way to help them

I also monitor the outstanding accounts payable and ensures timely payment of some AR accounts assigned to me. I am also responsible in handling all tax related reports in our Area. I handle the business permits of our 15 facilities and also consolidates all tax relating reports of South Mindanao Area for submission to our Head Office.

The greatest challenge I faced is when I was told to train new employee of our company considering I have just been working in that company for less than a year. I trained her and introduced to her the things I have learned from my mentors. I am happy that up to now she’s doing well. From then on, my boss would send me to other places to train new employees of our company. I feel honored for their trust and it motivated me to work harder.
