Job Duties & Responsibilities
Implement and maintain programs, policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with company,
client and governmental QHSE requirements, flag state and Class Statutory and Regulatory.
Prepare and maintain required HSE records and reports.
Develop and facilitate project HSE risk assessments
Coordinate and execute internal and third party QHSE audits.
Conduct investigations and analysis of, and reports finding to management on:
Non-conformity reports and root cause analysis
Incidents, near misses and damages
Handling customer complaints and on board complaints
Analyzing the Key Performance Indicators.
Develop and monitor QHSE performance and progress.
Take preventive and corrective actions.
Ability to perform Class and Flag state inspections, ISM (International Safety Management Code) audits
as well as ISPS audits.
