Coordinate delivery of equipment.
• prepare outgoing shipping manifest with accurate descriptions.
• Maintain an UP-TO-DATE rental tool inventory report. Make calls to start and stop rental charges as directed.
• prepare Bill of landing for hazardous materials and insure that it accompanies the materials.
• Oversaw movement and transfer of materials (Rig to Rig).
• Prepare non-hazardous waste manifest.
• Maintain a computerized Aramco bits & Tools inventory.
• Arranged for repair and assembly of materials for Drilling operation.
• Fill out customer’s materials and equipment transfer sheets as needed.
• Process and forward approved purchase invoices, rental tickets, service tickets etc.
• Arrange transfer of materials within the organization (Marine Logistics).
• Truck Boat Handling, Supervised the import & Export loads and bulks Cargo.
• Order Aramco Well Head Equipment and Mud Chemical for drilling operation in the SAP.
• Handle the Tools and Equipment in the Aramco SAP System.
• Ensure that water, fuel and cement inventories are posted daily.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly report for Aramco for Audit Purpose.
• Interact with company employees, contractors and outside vendors.

• Examine materials to ensure that they conform to quality standards.
• Ordering and receiving of the materials by using Aramco SAP system.
• Coordination with the base and vendor for mobilizing materials in advance.
