Mechanical Engineer having 6 years of experience in gulf & India

To obtain a challenging Engineering position with a high growth-oriented organisation in the field of Mechanical Engineer

Reviewing the approved construction method statement and procedures for the project activities before Erection or installation of mechanical and Pipeline & piping systems.
Supervision of piping / Pipeline Installation work assuring to desired norms & procedures with schedule time frame
Supervision of Fabrication work of Piping spool s, & Support, Mechanical Equipment, controlling proper procedure and Quality.
Monitoring of work progress , Assigning Resources to achieve the Target Schedule
Study of Drawings, Maintaining Documentation , Preparation of Bill of Material , Estimating Consumables, Material Identification & color Coding
Preparation of Reports (Daily / weekly) , includes progress Review Meeting with PMC & Client
Interface Management, Sub-Contract Management, Co-ordinate with Other Department for achieving Scheduled Completion date.
To interpret the Client’s Specification & drawings about construction quality requirements and to develop the project work plan.
To check the drawing in respect of weld details and design to approve it in accordance to ASME Section VIII Div.0I B31.1, B31.3 etc.
Good & Satisfactory coordination with Clients, Attending Weekly & Monthly Construction Progress Review Meeting with PMC & Client
Co- Ordinate with fellow site team and liaise with other activities
Responsible for fabrication, erection, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning & handing over the project.
Inspection work, punch list, and final inspection.
To prepared the test package and punching item list.
To do the Dye Penetrate Test, Hydro test, Pneumatic Test etc.
Development Piping, General arrangement drawing, equipment’s & piping, studies, isometric drawing and piping specifications.
Preparation of isometrics from P&ID, preparation of Equipment drawings and Plot Plan and Material Take Offs (MTO), Bill of Quantity's (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM).
Knowledge of international design codes & dimensional standards, ANSI/ASME, API, ASTM etc
Experience in site verification during construction phase and preparation of final As-Built drawings.
Checking and approving material, handling vendor drawings
Supervision of Shutdown jobs comprises De-commissioning of Piping System & Equipment’s, Rectification and Re-installation of the same.
Supervision of shutdown work such as Cutting. gas plug inspection, and after line commissioning

Academic Qualification : B.E (Degree in Mechanical Engineering with first class Having 66.42% aggregate)

ASNT Level-II in following methods.
Ultrasonic testing (UT)
Radiographic Testing (RT)
Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT)
