PDMS ADMINISTRATOR

PDMS Administrator with total 10 years of experienced in managing PDMS database involving various PC& EPCC projects.

· (10) years’ experience in engineering of Fabrication and EPC projects.
· (10) years’ experience of PDMS modules such as ADMIN, MDS, DESIGN, DRAFT,
ISODRAFT, PARAGON, SPECON, LEXICON and SPOOLER
· Setting up of USERS, TEAMS, DATABASES, SCOPES, ROLES and ACR prior project
execution.
· Setting up MDS Spec and Catalogue as per Pipe Support Standard requirement.
· Generation of animation (movie), model and status file for PDMS REVIEW Reality.
· Handle PDMS review session with clients and project management team.
· Model checking against P&ID, specification, line attributes and client’s requirements.
· Perform inter-discipline clash check, resolve clashes, data consistency check and fixing
database errors.
· Provided piping PDMS 3D modeling – Design Module for piping, including pipe routing,
support and correct tie-in point to the mechanical equipment.
· Produced Standard and system isometric generation from PDMS ISODRAFT module.
· Produced Piping GA and Pipe Support Location (PSL), using MDS & Draft application.
· Modeling pipe support using MDS application.
· Extraction of miscellaneous reports such as MTO, weight control report (WCR), Diainch
report, surface area report and clash report.
· Coordinate with other departments and clients in resolving PDMS issues.
· Managing team of PDMS users from various disciplines.
· Provide training to new PDMS users.
· Assist in preparing bid documents for projects that utilize PDMS.
· Trouble-shooting and clarify any technical problem i.e interface, design changes,
· Modifications, and monitor the punch-list item.
· Set-up Global Project.
· Set up Spooler database
