Worked as Specialist Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for Petromaint Company "Petrosam Contractor" at Badr El-Deen Petroleum Company "BAPETCO" OBAYIED Field. As responsible for rotating and static equipment maintenance.

7/2016 – Now
 Specialist Mechanical Engineer:
- Planned and executed necessary actions to ensure that maintenance of all rotating machinery, static equipment and lifting equipment are carried out correctly and safely, to enable the operational objectives to be met.
Equipment include (Pumps, Compressors, Vessels, Heat exchangers, Relief
Valves, Ball valves, Gate valves,………………..).
- Overhauled different types of pumps (Vertical and Horizontal) and Carried out alignment for all rotating equipment.
- Accomplished equipment failure reports, daily and monthly reports.
- Raised FCP and TFCP to be implemented in the plant.
- Carried out all the required maintenance and PVC piping replacement of RO water treatment unit. Reviewed, checked and ordered all the PVC spares that required and used in the unit.
- Planned and prepared all required resources for all shutdowns activities.
- Worked in SAP system implementation process as responsible for mechanical data overviewed FSR and work orders criteria, overviewed different type of maintenance, overviewed of KPI, overviewed of material cycle, created/searched Z1 notification request, planned work order by planned man hours and schedule, reversed stock and non-stock material and tracked the material, reversed the internal labor and external service by (Planned/Unplanned contract, Lump sum, Generic), display/search agreement, user date by schedule and system date by LAFD, Z1/M3 history, closed work orders by confirmation and technical completed and notification and work orders cancellation .
- Raised stock proposals and reviewed spare min. max. Levels according to work updated needs. Also raised material requisitions according to updated needs.

10/2015 – 7/2016 Worked as Quality Control & Production Engineer in Toshiba El-Araby Group "Automatic Washing Machine Factory".
 Quality Control Engineer:
- Supervised the Implementation of inspection instructions, check lists and measuring the required points that improved the product quality.
- Reduced cost by reducing the amount of product to be recycled.
 Production Engineer:
- Followed-up the Implementation of weekly plans and achieved the production plan and Supervised on Implementation of continuous improvement plan and increased production quality and cost reduction.

2015-Now Currently Working on attempting the Master Degree in Mechanical Power Engineering.
Research Point: Investigation of Gas-Solid Mixture Flows in
a Venturi.
The Specifications of this Research are: Introduction on the gas-solid
mixture flows in a Venturi, Survey on gas-solid mixture flows in a Venturi,
and The different types of parameters that affects the flow behavior of gas-solid mixture flow in a Venturi.

2013 Graduated with Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Power
Engineering – Shebien Elkom - Menoufia University.
Grade: Very Good.
Bachelor Project: Improvement of spark ignition engine
performance using brown's gas (HHO).
