• Executed project as construction manager - oil & gas - cross country pipeline in time. • Preparation of Execution plan, Methodology / procedure to execute the project.

 Overall 18 years of experience in oil & gas field and majorly into pipelines construction & EPC.
 Received handsome experience as construction manager for PDO job at Oman.
 Successfully managed multidiscipline, multicultural team for oil & gas cross country pipelines / offshore installation projects at Oman, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia, Georgia, Libya and Dubai.
 Review and approve technical proposals related to construction works.
 Co-ordination with client, Engineering team and inter discipline department
 Execution of cross country pipeline, subsea pipeline and its related offshore installation activities.
 Implement the agreed project HSE /QA/QC plan.
 Co-ordination with engineering team related to projects and inter-discipline departments.
 Timely allocation and availability of resources to execute the project.
 Monitor construction activities and ensure these are executed in accordance to project budget and schedule, highlighting deviations and implement possible solutions.
 Assist in supports Bidding & Estimation team for project.

Overall 18 years of experience in oil & gas field mainly in cross country pipelines both at India and abroad, Worked for client PDO as construction manager, Co-ordination with Client, Engineering team, Spool Installation, Marshy land operation using marsh buggies, Shore pulling using Lucker Winch – 400 ton, Supports HDD operation, Heavy Lift operation, Assist in Bidding & Estimation team, Develop pile driving unit with frame and power pack fitted on spud holding barge to drive pile on port jetty, Offshore pipeline which includes Riser, Grouting, Cable Lay, Flexible Reel lay, Conductor driving piles, Vessel / barge, asset management. Inspection to analyze suitability for project at Middle east for ONGC project.
