QA/QC Painting & Insulation

As Client/Contractor representative, provide quality and oversight of QA/QC Inspections for Coatings/Insulation/Fireproofing system to ensure project standards, specification, and documentation is to contractual requirements.
Preparing and reviewing of the project procedures such as Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), Method Statements (MS), & other project requirements.
Ensure the implementation of approved Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) developed by the contractors for the EPC scope of work.
Ensure that Non-Conformance Report (NCR) are raised once the activities deviated from the Contract Specification or normal construction industry practices.
Coordinates with other section of contractors such as Piping, Civil, Structures, Mechanical, Electrical, Equipment’s installation to reduce interfacing problems.
Perform Inspection and Supervision of quality of work to meet project specifications.
Supervise and Coordinate the activities to ensure work schedules meet the dateline.
Witness and verify all aspects with regards from material take off from drawings, line checking and area checks to identify requirement, material quality during delivery, and fabrication activities.
Ensure that installation conform to the quality requirement of the company and that of the customers.
Prepare site audit plan, schedule and report. Conduct analysis on site defects as well as to ensure that all sites meets its quality standard.
Familiar with relevant codes and standards, oil and gas industry construction practices and procedures i.e. NACE, SSPC, ISO, AWWA, PIP, ASTM, API, ASME, ANSI, BS.
Ensure safety and quality procedures are being effectively and consistently implemented by the contractor or subcontractors.
Coordinates with the project staff to compile and maintain pertinent records of inspection and testing until end of the contract and all pertinent records for retention on completion of the project.
