Lead Proposal & Cost Estimation Engineer

To gain the position of an estimation engineer in an organization that will provide me an opportunity to utilize my skills and experience towards professional growth and development.

• Lead the proposal team during tender stage.
• Responsible for the entire technical proposal development life cycle from proposal RFQ/RFP release to post-proposed submission activities.
• Coordinate with the Senior Engineers of various Disciplines to formulate the estimates and proposals.
• Supervising and review the preparation of subcontractors ITB / RFQ.
• Approve the scope of work of each Disciplines involved in the bid.
• Engineering coordination with consultant.
• Lead Tender meeting and daily status calls as required to ensure submission of proposal within due dates.
• Develop and approve BOQ by following the budget constraints.
• Good negotiation skills either with vendor, supplier or end-users.
• Maintain database of Vendors, Supplier and Subcontractors.
• Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.
• Responsible for risk mitigation solutions during various stages of bid process.
• Attending post-submission Technical / Commercial clarification meeting and follow up with Client / End-user.
• Review of draft and final contract.
• Preparation of project execution budgetary and handover documents.
• Follow up actual cost during execution period with project team.

B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering (2007)
Degree: Very Good with Honors Degree.

- Certified Cost Professional (CCP)from AACE International.
- Project Management Professional Program "PRMG" from Engineering and Science Service (ESS) at AUC.
