Project Title: “Implementation Of Lean Manufacturing At Palm Oil Industry in Kerala:An ISM Approach ”.
Duration: 3-4 Months
Description: We visited Parisons Foods Pvt Ltd, Kakkancherry, Calicut KINFRA plant and studied the processes that are occurring in the plant. A detailed plant study was conducted and a list problem were identified in terms of Lean Manufacturing.

Project Summary:
Studied the industry.
Used Lean manufacturing (as tool).
Suggested implementation of lean manufacturing to reduce industrial wastage.

Mini Project: Analysis Of Barriers And Enablers In Implementing Sustainable Supply Chain Management Practices At Industries In Kerala.
