Handling on-boarding of candidates for Russia Caspian region and other Eastern Hemisphere countries
Participate in cross-divisional HR teams

Preparing offer letters and contracts
Coordinating background screening and medical checks for new candidates by leasing with an external vendors
 Handling international transfers of existing employees

Maintaining employees’ electronic files
 Immigration assistance - coordinating visa process for candidates in countries where work permit is required
SAP HCM - position creation, employee personal data update, job changes entry, hiring/ transferring actions via MSS portal
Working on the case management system “Neocase” for monitoring, creating and updating the requests
