Key Responsibilities:
• Updating Person on Board (POB), Daily Drilling Report (DDR) & Recoverable Daily
Summary Charges on daily basis on SAP as well as through mail.
• Field break entry on SAP for the upcoming crew.
• Create check in check out list on daily basis and arrange room for the coming crew accordingly.
• Maintain the share folder.
• Flight, hotel, transport booking arrangements for the employees.
• Arranging Ticket encashment of Employees in SAP.
• Organizing the monthly payroll reports for salary disbursement
• Prepare resumption of duty for the newly hired employee.
• Assist the Senior Crewing Executive whenever required
• Check outlook mails and attend the frequent phone call
• Make shift adjustment for the entire crew accordingly
• Update master crew list of the rig.
• Book training for the crew according to their position
• Monthly Time Break Down, Man Hours, Deductions, Customer Feedback are prepared monthly basis.
