Senior Field Technician

Technical Responsibilities :
-Lining pipes with GRE (internal coating)
-Operate and maintain the pumping unit (PLU)
-Inform immediately to the Control Room Operator and Operations Lead about any abnormality
-Handling the process of receiving and manual handling and external inspection of the fiber glass (GRE) liners.
-Use, repair and maintenance peristaltic pump for injection the cement to the Duoline pipes application (Pressure Pumping)
-Use, repair and maintenance the Air Opp pumps brand Sand piper (Model SA2-A / Model HDF2) to prepare the cement mortar.
-Experience with hydraulics, mechanics, pumping, irrigation system and water handling.
-Final inspection for the Duoline pipes before deliver to the customer.
-Measuring and calibration for ( Digital Vernier, Drifts, Micrometer and Inside Micrometer)
-Thread Inspection and external body For API and Premium connections
-Experience of using the hand tools, pneumatic tools, drilling machines, angel grinder and bench grinder.
-Experience of the mechanical fitting/assembly.
-Maintain the mechanical and electrical equipment’s for work needs, Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly checks and front line maintenances as required
-Understand the Maintenance Management System (Work orders, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Predictive Maintenance)
-Basics of welding in arc welding.
-Design and fabricate tools and ideas for work needs and workshop.
-Be familiar with the facilities different contracts requirements.
-During the work, keep track of the same, and after the work, assure that conditions are acceptable to re-start normal operations, as well as house-keeping of the area.
Responsibilities :
-Supervise everyday working of department operating process and increase efficiency of workers for various growth oriented programs.
-Maintain and provide efficient backup to supply department and ensure achievement of all internal and external needs (Material Planning-Field Merchandiser)
