Almost 15 years whether its called those positions that Safety officer, HSE, HES or HSSE positions, But there are the same things is to prevent his/her get harm (ill health, injury or damage to plant, equipment or the environment). and those people are working safely every day on workplace. The processes to get safety performance must be complied with OSHA requirement or the Local country safety regulation rule and law requirement of each country as my routine responsibility and accountability. The programs and tools for enhancing hazard recognition and mitigation or reducing hazardous on working area, which I called Those programs and tools that the process safety and personal safety. The experience couldn't buy or get without learning; whether win or lose, Big project or small thing; although there are more knowledge but without implementing or performing that it like a sword has never been used.
