ACHIEVEMENTS HIGHLIGHTED

1. In Geological Survey of Canada: worked in Arctic area, interpreted 2D/3D seismic data in Beaufort Sea deep water, Mackenzie Delta and Arctic Archipelagos; identified play types; predicted potential H/C by seismic anomalies, associated with scattering wildcats.

2. In PETRONAS: performed as a team leader of new venture assessment projects and a core of Geological & Geophysical study in offshore basins of Mediterranean, Atlantic margin (West Africa & NE South America) and Southeast Asia; successfully assisted PETRONAS getting into Suriname market and more concessions in offshore Indonesia and Venezuela.

3. In PetroDar Operating: Led a joint-venture G&G team in Sudan; strongly proposed the well Palogue-1 that finally resulted in the largest oil discovery of Sudan in 2002, greatly increased the reserve of the basin, and triggered off a string of new discoveries, COS up to 75% in the basin.
