QA/QC Engineer – Fully Qualified Welding and Coating Inspector with extensive experience. Industrial sectors cover – Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Waste to Energy and Petro-chemical installations - New builds and shutdown environments. I’m a hands on professional capable of inputting at the workface. I’ve conducted numerous ISO 9001 audits on sub-contractors in the UK and abroad. I strive to continually improve the quality management systems in place. My current role includes compilation of documentation for LTQR's ensuring full traceability is achieved and also conducting full reviews of sub contractor Data Dossiers before accepting on behalf of Client. I’m an excellent team player capable of decision making. Standards worked include ASME B31.3, BSEN 9606, ISO 8501, NACE SP0178 & API 650. Able to read and interpret Isometrics, P&ID'S and GA drawings.Support and oversee the review and acceptance of contractor(s) lifetime quality documentation, system handover packages. (Manufacture and Installation).
Support the final inspection of equipment and associated release process with project expeditors.
