1.Maintenance department supervisor(retail department):
Contract implementations.
 Our objective role was to make sure that the gas stations will continue
uninterrupted to deliver fuel-Due to the contracts that we have with
Petrol Oil Companies like E.K.O,BP,Shell,AVIN
 Invoice monitoring.Final check and approvals for payment.

2.Product Service Coordinator(PSC):
Hadling preventive and on call maintenance for gas stations
accordingly to the Global Contract.
 Reporting abroad to our clients (Weekly,monthly) with KPI's.
 Budget monitoring and management.
 Subcontractors audit (time response,quolity work based to Shell's
standards)
 Project managing.

3.Regional Operation Manager:
Commercial department Manager(for Local and Global Market).
 Managing all the exports and imports.
 Responsible for ISO issues(ISO 9001).

4.Procurement and Warehouse Manager:
Manage and develop imports and
exports((Italy,Turkey,England,China,Germany)
 Supply chain Manager.
 Warehouse hadling.
