Production Planning Control

-9 years’ experience in the manufacture of steel Warehouses, Miscellaneous metal works, Steel Structures, Rolling process, Steel Towers, Chassis work, Steel Elbows, Steel Industry, Overhead Cranes, Metal Structures, Steel Bridges, Irrigation Gates, and Steel Stairs.
1-Production Engineer in El- Fatah Company metal construction industries from 2008 until 2010 in the processing department acquisition of technical expertise as follows:-
-Proficiency in working on the AutoCAD program.
-Work on the FAST CAM program(CNC ) for plasma and flame cutting machine
- Work on NESTING.
-Coordination and processing of various manufacturing orders.
2- Production Planning Control in El- Fatah Company from 2010 until 2013 In the following :
-Work on proficiency programs MICROSOFT OFFICE.
Prepare AML as BOM and sketches for jobs different. -
-Prepare Raw Material Purchase requisition based on job.
- Calculate The Paint And Follow Up The Paint Received.
-Issue PRs for RM based on RML or estimate sheet (for all jobs designed by other).
-Issue actual material list (AML) based on shop drawings & issue PRs for (Cold Formed, Sheeting and all accessories included in BOM except Bolts.
-Comparison between AML # PR of RM and cancel all extra items at the end of jobs which did not released in BOM.
- Follow Up The Critical Material Actual Load And Special Material Load Due To Production Release.
3- Production Planning Control At Company Roots Steel International from 2013 Until Now In the following:-
-Prepare Shortage RM for on-hand and running jobs and coordination with Purchasing for delivering.
. Prepare Raw Material Purchase requisition based on job -
.
- Keep the identification and traceability of material.
-Follow up the various manufacturing orders
- Controlling of Material issuance and keep the track record of issued material.
-Work on ERP system.
-Calculation of quantities of raw materials required for the project.
