Implementation of Chevron’s OEMS (Operational Excellence Management System) for systematic management of Safety, Health, Environment, Reliability and efficiency. As part of HES management responsible for effective implementation of MSW(Managing Safe Work) by imparting proper safe work practices to ensure an effective PTW, Hot Work, Isolation of Hazardous energy, Confined Space, By passing Critical protections, lifting/rigging, Excavation, Work at Height, SIMOPS and Electrical safety standards. Developing SOP’S for routine tasks, Implementing Risk Assessment system, Conducting BBS observations, conducting MSW field visits for Procedure Quality Review and document reviews. Hazard Identification, Hazard Analysis and providing training to improve competency. Conducting II&R (Incident Investigation and Reporting) and Root Cause Analysis.
Overall monitoring of Project Management for Safety Compliance and Quality Assurance for HPCL, RCL,HZL,NFCL projects.
Process engineering, Pipeline Integrity Management, Corrosion control monitoring development of standards, standard evaluation and providing discipline sensitive trainings.
