refrigeration and air conditioning HVAC Maintenance activities

• Conducting routine inspections and monitoring on operating equipments.
• Responsible on checking of Chilled and Condenser water parameters
• Maintain proper data entry at log sheet for all operating equipments
• Daily checking of Plant production vs. Plant consumption.
• Communicate with other departments and participate on troubleshooting.
• Attend calls and communicate with Site.
• Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of HVAC system.
• Available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our Site.
• Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies
• Responsible on updating HSE and operation files.
• Responsible on maintaining cleanliness and neatness of the plant
• Acceptance of the plant from the previous and handover to the subsequent shift
• Strictly observe company policies and safety guidelines as well as identifying and eliminating hazards. Knowledge of refrigeration cycle and the thermodynamic process in the cycle.
• Knowledge of the operation of SKM, YORK, Air-cooled Screw Chiller and McQuay chillers of capacities up to 1500 TR.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering of Technical Education & Training Institutions, Delhi India completed.

ITI refrigeration and air conditioning two years course done in sam institution Chennai completed.
