Checking of all the incoming receipts of raw materials such as , Drums Cans Pails Cartons & Labels. Arriving in the plant.

Testing of all the incoming small packs material’s in the plant as per the spec’s provided by the off takers BP, MOBIL & EMARAT. And keeping the packaging assistant posted always if there is any abnormalities found in the transit receipts.








Updating the checklists of all the small packs receiving in the plant, after checking the receipts physically as per cube root method Provided by the off takers.

Daily online checking of the filling lines, to insure that the product filled is as per correct Bill of Material / 5 DC batch nos. etc. mentioned in the filling order, and also the packs used for filling is of with approved samples provided by off taker’s.
