• Handling month end and year end procedure
• Preparing monthly and yearly financial statements like Balance sheet ,Profit and loss account and sending it to head office accounts department
• Payment monitoring through deposit slips from customers and confirming payment received of customer issuing goods release notice to sales department.
• Handling monthly payable through maintaining invoice of vendors, warehouse and other suppliers.
• Taking quotations for container booking and confirming it to warehouse.
• Cooperate with warehouse department handling there quarries and giving necessary information and documents to import and export goods.
• Making all journal entries and preparing for annual auditing and mingle with annual audit works.
• Reconciling bank accounts dealers and suppliers accounts.
• Co-ordinate legal cases with lawyers or other authorities depending on nature of the case.
• Preparing and calculating UAE VAT and Filling Vat.
• Sending stock reports, AR reports and other reports weekly and monthly to management and sales department.
• Handling petty cash preparing necessary vouchers and entering it to system and monthly sending petty cash statement to management
• Clearing quarries of customers regard payment or invoice and other documents.
• Mingle with admin works like arranging interviews, courier booking and ordering office requirements etc .
