Pipeline Project Planning, monitoring, control of entire gamut of City Gas Distribution Pipeline projects.
Assist in the definition of CNG/PNG project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress & ensure resource availability and allocation.
To review and approve technical design/ documents/ drawings/ specifications
To handle the pipeline laying and commissioning of Steel & MDPE Pipeline.
Liaise with district administration and other statutory authorities for facilitation of permissions and approvals for CNG Stations, including NOCs, Explosive Approval, Building permission, etc.
Co-ordination/ regular meetings with Contractor/PMC for smooth & timely execution of the Projects on time with Safety highest quality standards, including HSE requirements.
To ensure all procedure to be followed in natural gas pipeline laying aboveground & underground.
To render overall guidance and co-ordination of the business/expansion plans of the company, assessing potential projects.
Conversant with applicable codes and standards which are relevant to gas pipelines like API/ ASME/ ANSI/ ASTM/ ISO/ NACE/ OISD standards etc.
Conduct site inspections to acquire updated information on progress of the section with the actual and planned figures & report /escalate to management as needed.
Coordinate with various departments as necessary, like Procurement & Technical etc.
Plan & execute all project related activities independently & manage project team efficiently.
