Dealing with routine monitoring of the technical aspects of plant operations, process pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and normal running.
•Completely involved in all Pre-commissioning and Commissioning
•Successfully commissioned process units CSU, Desalter, Tank Farm, and Fuel Gas Unit.
•Preparing Line checklist, Blind list and blind diagram for commissioning.
•Experience in Preparing and execution of Work packs for the plant system and preparing punch list, loop diagrams for water flushing, Air Blowing, Steam outs.
•Observe local instruments, gauges, and meters to verify conformance to standard operating practice • Start and stop pumps, compressors and other equipment based on the direction of the panel operator
•Monitoring performance of the facilities, troubleshooting, reporting operational abnormalities and implementing and corrective measures through link management.
•Handling over vessels, tank, pump and compressors etc., for maintenance and re-commissioning.
•Monitoring and adjusting chemicals like demulsifier, corrosion inhibitor, bio-cides, injections and update lube oil and chemical stocks/space.
•Make regular routine checks of all equipment and units to ensure that they are functioning correctly in accordance with the standard operating procedure.
•Implementation of the Safe Work Permitting system, and electrical & mechanical lockout & tagging procedures
•Review of the Plant PFD, P&ID, Equipment Data Sheet & Operating Manuals
•Final Clearance of Piping Loops & Equipment’s.
•Inspection and Checklist laid on Pipe Lines & Equipment’s as per procedure
•Function testing of the control valves (LCV, PCV etc.)
•Motor Running Test for Pumps, Compressor, Air fin cooler.(MRT)
•Carry out various Pre Commissioning activities such as Hydro Test, Water Flushing, Air Blowing, Drying, Card Board Blasting, System Leak Test, Chemical cleaning and Steam Blowing.
