07/2017– 03/2018 Total E&P Brazil - LAPA Project Base Operations manager, Rio De Janeiro. Drilling materials and FPSO.

• Logistics management: In charge of onshore logistics operations. In charge to prepare the materials and equipment to be sent to FPSO and rig for Lapa project. Prepare the MSL (Material Shipping List) and cargo manifest. Vessels cargo loading and offloading.
• To manage all operations onshore: base, warehouse and quay side.To supervise all logistic activities (material, catering, waste, CCUs...) in coordination with Brazilian contractor Brasco.
• Material and stock control Management also including on SAP. Reception of spare parts. To ensure of proper stock management. Follow-up of call for tenders, services contracts.
• In charge of warehouse activities: reception, Goods Issue, for stock items and manage also non stock items. To manage the tax team in order to do the Nota Fiscal (Invoice according Brazilian regulations) for any movements.
• Logistics methods. To develop logistic procedures, ensure HSE, good and safe practices in accordance with company rules. Supervision of lifting operations, work permit.
