Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Professional with 8 years of Experience in Ammonia Plant having a capacity to produce 2000 MTPD of product (Ammonia).

Steam Reforming, Steam turbine,Compressor,Heat Exchangers,Pumps,P&ID,DCS, Distillation , carbon dioxide Removal, Ammonia Synthesis Convertor, Hydrogen Recovery Unit, Carbon dioxide Convertor, Ammonia Storage, Ammonia Compressor.

• Handling the startup/ shut down of machineries and equipment like Primary Reformer (producing desired reactant Hydrogen By steam Reforming of Natural Gas), Synthesis gas Compressor, Air Compressor, Refrigeration Compressor, Reformer, CO2 Removal Section, Hydrogen Recovery Unit and all type of pumps, Heat Exchangers etc.
• Ensuring adherence to safety norms. (Checking all type of leakage of Natural Gas, Naphtha, Ammonia, Lube Oil, Steam etc.).
• Follow work permit system and check all safety norms before attending any job, adhere to LOTO system
• Proficient in carrying out Catalyst Loading/ Unloading activities.
• Check all plant parameters if any deviation / hunting/change found immediately inform to central control room (CCR).
• Check the following; lube oil level in rotating machineries / abnormal sound/vibration etc.
• Explosive checking on monthly basis.
• Handling Ammonia Storage & maintain reduced inventory levels (Ammonia).
• Maintain proper housing keeping.
• Attend fire & safety training on monthly basis and implement the safe work practices at work place.
• Give make to good (MTG) & near misses related to plant equipment and process.
• Involved as team member in successfully commissioning new Carbon Dioxide Absorber.
• Responsible for monitoring the performance as per identified Quality Objectives & taking required corrective & preventive actions to meet the targets
• Knowledge of permit to work (PTW) – (CWP, HWP, CSEP, Tank Farm Entry Permit, EIP, Excavation Permit System).

 Diploma in chemical Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic Shaktifarm Uttarakhand in year 2009 with 68.54% (First Class).
 Intermediate from U.P. Board, Allahabad (U.P) in year 2005 with 66.0 %.( First Class).
 High school from U.A Board in year 2002 with 50.67%. (Second Class).
