Structural Engineer

Seeking middle level assignments in Fabrication/ Erection of structure & piping with an organization where my skill and knowledge can be fully utilized and I can contribute towards company’s growth.

Handling acid gas recovery system technological structure Erection like module, panel etc.
Look after acid gas recovery system piping hydro test and box up activity.
Daily Progress & weekly progress review meeting with client.
To be in touch with planning section so as to get required documents needed for erection and to follow up for any details required.
To give feedback to superior about site activities and progress details related to erection as and when required or as per feedback schedule.
Resources mobilization (Manpower, Machinery, Materials) for Optimum utilization.
Implementation of Company HSE policy & procedures at site. Implementation of tool box talks at sites, work procedures & method statement for work at height, PPE policy at site.
Managing Vendor to resolve the Technical queries.
Maintain daily record, Document & work status of relevant activity as per drawing.
To Co-ordination with Client, Sub-Contractor & Engineering Department regarding technical issues.
Inspection of Fit-up & welding joints.
Exposure to permit for work system & safety inspection & implementation of safety plans / procedure of the organization.
Follow the procedure for fabrication, erection, welding and Mechanical Clearance & Hydro test of Loops.
To maintain record, Document & work status of relevant activity as per ISO.
Supporting Role in Preparation of client bills & sub-contractor bills.
Planning and mobilization of sub-contractor for site works.
Co-ordinate with all project contractors and also members in the team.
Preparing productivity report for individual sub-contractor.
Good knowledge in Mechanical Clearance (MC) piping & Box up work.

I have passed matriculation and Intermidiate in Bihar secondary examination board with 60% and 64.8% and I have done B.Tech ( Mechanical Engineering ) in Magadh University with 74.27%.
