PIPING ENGINEER OIL AND GAS INSHORE OFFSHORE

WORKING AS A PIPING LEAD ENGINEER WITH A 105 TEAM FOR OIL AND GAS ONSHORE OFSHORE PROJECTS

Over all EPC Engineering/Piping Engineering scope of FPSO (Topside & Marine) conversion project
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Interface management for all engineering disciplines with the customer, partners or vendors.
Coordination of the engineering team
Regular meetings with clients and issue progress reports
Review Client documents for techno commercial accuracy.
Correspond with clients, vendors in progress review meetings and PDMS model reviews
Prepare Project specific Master Engineering Deliverable list. Conduct the weekly technical discussion with Engineering and finalize the Deliverables.
3D modelling & Review of model in Navisworks for constructional ease, clash rectification, operational requirements, and process requirements.
Evaluation of Piping design calculations and piping material specifications.
Review & Contribute to preparation of Piping Design documents & drawings (Piping calculations & specifications, P&ID, Tie-ins list, vendor drawings)
Prepare and review plot plan arrangements (onshore & offshore), General Arrangements, Equipment and piping layouts, Isometrics, GA's, as per P&ID and PMS
Stress Analysis and Review of stress reports, Support Design as per stress requirement.
Review of preliminary and final Piping MTO and Valve MTO, Support MTO, Weight control reports and support sketch preparation and all final Piping Engineering deliverables
Material handling study & Hazardous area classification drawings for topside modules
Hazop & Hazid study.
Support TBE activities for packages, piping components, equipment’s, review & follow up of vendor documentation
Carry out & Review Site Survey reports, verify as-built documentation, project completion documents
Client/ Client PMT interfaces, Good ability in planning and execution of multi discipline tasks
Demonstrated experience in handling piping materials, piping layouts preparation, stress
isometric, fabrication isometric, piping bill of material, preparation of equipment and piping
