E&I Quantity Surveyor

To expand knowledge, experience, leadership skills as quantity surveyor in the commercial contract department of the construction industry,

 Expertise in EPC onshore and off plot projects.
 Material Take off as per IFC drawings.
 Preparation of monthly valuation.
 Monitor and analyze all the progress of the construction activities, and identify any variations between the tender and actual progress of work at the site.
 Preparing Cost Analysis for additional works apart from the Bill of Quantities by proposing new unit Rates.
 Working closely with Management team to ensure co-operation within the designed project.
 Working closely with the planning department in regards to all planning.
 Good at working and negotiating effectively with external suppliers as required.
 Able to read drawings, properly measure quantities, study contractual and tender documentations.
 Good analytical skills.
