Skilled in Engineering of Piping Design & Stress Analysis :
Specifications with criteria of analysis and design of Pipe Lines and Pipe Supports based on general requirements and standards of the company and special requirements of the new projects.
Check, Design Improve and Analysis of configuration of Pipe Lines, Buried pipe line and Pipe Supports Position, under Static Loads, Operating or Occasional, and their combinations as per ASME requirements in order to find acceptable results of the Pipe Stress of Loads on Pipe Supports, Loads on Equipment Nozzles and Loads on Construction Structures.
Analysis of loading on Equipment Nozzles like Centrifugal Pumps, Columns, Compressors, Turbines, Separators, Heat Exchangers, Air cooler, Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Fire Heaters, slug line piping.
Carrying out all calculation related displacement of various equipment Trunion calculation, Flange leakage test etc.
Prepare Specifications, datasheets, requisitions, technical bid evaluations and supplier document review for spring supports
Work closely with Piping engineers and designers to initiate, analyze & resolve pipe stress issues and to decide pipe routing & support locations / types etc..
Issuing of Diagrams of Axial-Stops & Expansion Loops on the Pipe-Racks and GA drawings.
Software Analysis (CAESAR II), Visual Evaluation using piping experience and hand calculations.
Coordinates with Civil/Structural for Rack loading & Structural Loading.
Defining, Checking and Modeling of Pipe Lines to be analyzed is based on Isometrics, GA, P&ID, Datasheet of Equipment’s and vendor information, Pipe Material Class and Site Model Information from Review software.
Insert of Standard or Special Supports in the Routing of Pipe Lines in the Isometrics according to the Site conditions and Analysis Results.
Design & Stress Check of Special Supports (if the Standard Supports does not cover some special situations).
Preparation for Stress Isometric with support marking.
Software proficiency in CAESAR II. PDMS, AutoCAD, SPR, Navis works, MS office.
Preparation RFQ, Technical bid evaluation report for Valves, Piping items.
Review and comment & approve vendor documents for Valves, Piping items.
Timely Completion of Engineering Deliverables as per project milestones.
