PRE-COMMISSIONING, COMMISSIONING AND START-UP EXPERIENCES

Per-Commissioning Commissioning and start-up lead of two of the largest standalone refineries in the world (SATORP &YASREF) and Petro-Rabigh phase II Petrochemical Complex in the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia.
Developed commissioning procedures for Cumene & Phenol complex, naphtha reformer Complex Aromatic Complex, Metathesis and MTBE units one of the largest aromatic complex in the world.
Developed/Reviewed Commissioning plan for Aromatic Complex, Gas pipeline, tank farm& loading facility, condensate unit and many other units.
Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Team leader for inter Gas pipeline including GPR&MS LRSs, LBVSs, Compressor Stations also tank farm, loading arms at the berth and stabilizer Unit.
Ensured the Pre- Commissioning/Commissioning procedures are in place and agreed with all applicable shareholders includes FAT's SAT's and Integrated tests etc.
Reviewed the project Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning process to ensure where applicable recommendations are implemented
Managed risks as assigned by project management and/or site management by reviewing risks on a regular basis.
Worked with multi discipline to ensure Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning are considered throughout the design phases of the project.
Ensured that all Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning personnel are experienced and all necessary training is identified and provided.
