Activity: Manufacture and installation of Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) SINCE JANUARY 2015 POSITION: Field Service Engineer ACTIVITIES Installation and commissioning of ESP gauge for Down Hole Monitoring parameters (Intake pressure, discharge pressure, intake temperature, motor winding temperature and vibration) Assembly and installation of Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP): Motor, Proseal, Intake, Gas separator, GPU (Gas Processing Unit) pump, UMB, UMH, BOH and discharge sub. Calculation for ESP starts up (Drop voltage, required surface voltage, VSD overload…) Practice cable splice (round cable to MLE cable, round cable to round cable) Operate on Cable Spooler and take measurement while running in hole ESP string (phase-phase phase-ground, Pd, Pi, Ti, Tm, Vx, Vz) LAST EMPLOYER 1:RENCO .
