Professional Experience
➢ Managing of activities related to Piping Fabrication, Erection, Supporting and hydrostatic testing, reinstatement, pre-commissioning piping systems. Ensuring compliance to quality standard, codes and conserve all related documents.
➢ Ensure that all safety procedures are strictly followed & practices involved are always environment friendly and Overlook all inter-discipline aspects of the project construction.
➢ Closely follow the Test-Packs & Preparing punch list of piping systems and ensuring clearing those points in consultation with client engineers. Ensuring hydro test reinstatement is to be done as per procedure.
➢ Preparation of all project reports required, internally and externally, with the assistance of Project Support Services where required.
➢ Well familiar with the professional services in the field of glass reinforced plastic (GRP) and reinforced thermosetting resin (RTR) Piping system.

Preparing the spool pack for traceability.
Allocating the task according to the ability of foremans.
Preparing the material request according to the requirement of spool.
Inspect the pipes and piping materials as per specification.
Visual inspection and receiving the materials from store.
Resolving field problems and liaison client under the supervision of Mech. Engg. and process Depts.
Allocation of jobs among various working groups.
During the fabrication activities visual inspection of pipes and all fittings, edge preparation, fit up of the pipe, welding quality of the pipe and D.P.T.
Co-ordination with concerned person. During fabrication & erection.
Planning & supervision of piping fabrication.
Checking the daily progress report.
Reporting the Senior Engineer and construction manager (fabshop in charge) regarding whole day production.
Monitoring the front availability.
