Created accurate Ex Inspection schedules and carried out remedial actions in accordance with IEC 60079-17.
Start Up Quality Inspection with Ex Inspection, testing pre-commissioning and activities.
Inspections Conducted in such as Mercaptan Areas, Close drain area Systems, Essential and Emergency
Luminaries, Cooler Units, HVAC Systems, Naphtha Splitter Units, Crude Splitter and Storage Units, Both Inlet
oil Separator and Exchanger areas.
Performing with testing and Pre-Commissioning activities of Heat tracing and Lighting Systems in Potentially
Hazardous Equipment Inspection Zone 0, Zone1, Zone2.
Inspection conducted with Instruments and electrical systems such as Integrated Fire & gas system,
Methanol injection System (Fores Engineering Skids), Sampling Fluid System (Fores Engineering Skids),
Wellhead production System, HVAC system, ESD & PSD, PAGA system, MOV, ESV Valves and actuators
Telecommunication System, Main electrical heat Tracing Distribution system, Emergency electrical power
distribution system etc.,
Inspection of Electrical & Instrument Equipment’s installed in Hazardous Area according to both NEC and
IEC 60079 -14 and IEC 60079 -17 standards.
Compiled a full hazardous area register (HAER) and Inspection checklists (HAICS).
Perform incoming material & equipment inspection to ensure it does conform to material requisition or
specification.
Compile Hazardous Area Verification Dossier and Check IECEx Certificate of equipment.
Witnessing all mechanical completion check & test such as continuity, Insulation Resistance Test.
Ensure quality of construction installation & erection are complying with latest approved drawings,
procedure, & project specification.
Inspection and remedial repairs of both Electrical and Instrumentation Systems contains Shaker Units,
Desilter, Descender, Centrifuge Unit, VFD Starter Panels, Draw works Drive Motors, Agitator Motors withControl Switches, Gas Watch XS System, Derrick Fans & Lighting System and Receptacles and Telecoms
