Process design Engineer

To be a successful engineering professional in the field of oil and gas and petroleum refining, with expertise in process engineering, thermal designing and process safety.

•An accomplished process engineer with excellent command in thermal design of various heat transfer equipment. Proficient in using HTRI.

•Expertise in thermal design of various heat transfer equipments, e.g. shell and tube exchangers, horizontal/vertical thermosyphon reboilers, kettle type reboilers, high pressure exchangers / air coolers, using HTRI software and analyzing the reports.

•Specialist in review of various vendor documents/drawings raising TQ’s (Technical Questionnaire) and carrying out TBA’s (Technical Bid Analysis).

•Expert in trouble-shooting operational risks/issues like under-performance, vibration etc. relating to heat exchangers or air coolers.
