Configuration and development of process control strategies utilizing control narrative and Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&ID’s), Experience in Sequential Logic Development. Carry out Control system Software Application Development, Testing, Integration of Hardware, FAT with customer, Site Commissioning, online modification, Loop Checking with guidance. Experience performing loop checks, continuity tests, factory acceptance tests, site acceptance tests, start-up support. 3rd party system interface with PLCs and other DCS systems using Industrial Network and automation protocol: RS-232 or RS485 on Modbus, Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet IP. Well versed in the use of HMI conversion tools. Work with customers, field technicians and past projects to get the information needed to make determinations in regards to the engineering, design modifications, retooling of machines, and upgrading existing equipment.
